We need a little bit of your help in making sure we have enough time and all the necessary information to make sure we get the photos that are most important to you. Be sure to read the important Wedding Day Tips & Recommendations we've included based on previous experiences. Shoot me over any questions you have while filling out this questionnaire. Don't feel you need to rush through this but we ask that this be filled out at least a month or two before your wedding day.
WEDDING DAY SCHEDULE
We will need a detailed timeline no later than 2 weeks prior to your wedding day. The earlier you can get us the timeline, the better. This will allow us to review the timeline and make any necessary adjustments to ensure that we have sufficient time for the different photos of the day.
WEDDING PARTY & FAMILY PHOTO LIST
almost done! in addition to all those questions you just answered, we'll need you to put together your list of formals you'd like. Family formals can be tiring and chaotic so we want to be as best prepared as we can. By having a list, we can be sure not to miss anyone and to make sure we have sufficient take time get all the photos that you want when we review your schedule. In addition, we'd love your help in selecting a representative to collect the family and friends who will be in these photos. It'll go by a lot faster if you select a representative who knows your family and friends well enough to gather without asking who's who. If not, we'll be happy to bring along our megaphone and role call out everyone's names, haha. As you building your list, be conscious of how much time you will have. For each grouping, even if it's a small one, budget 4 minutes each. Please put your list together like the following:

- Bride, Groom, Groom's Mom, Groom's Dad - Jane, Dave, Michelle, Craig
- Bride, Groom, Bride's College Friends - Jane, Dave, Carly, April, Sarah
